RFPSource's Leads Manager allows you to save Opportunities to a personalized page. You can then return to your Leads Manager at any time to view Opportunities in which you have an interest. When you select an Opportunity, the summary of that Opportunity is displayed. At the top of that page is a button that allows you to save that Opportunity to your Leads Manager.
